After almost 4 months of injury I have just got back from the gym having done a swim work out.
It’s early days – I am not reaching for the events calendar to find an event to sign up to just yet, but to be back training again, even just one session, is a huge step forward.
Thanks to Physio4Life to getting me this far and now over to Mark my coach to get me fit again.
Turbo session scheduled for tomorrow.
Fingers crossed I am over the worst of it. Ready to training just in time for winter!
